Hi! My name is Ini (e-nee) and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) practicing as a psychotherapist under the supervision of Bolu Dosumu, LCSW-S. I got both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas State University! I have experience working with diverse populations of all age ranges. Along with extensive experience working with a broad range of mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, substance abuse, and dual diagnoses. I also can support individuals struggling with interpersonal conflicts, mood regulation, and life transitions.

I would describe my therapy style as non-judgmental, warm, empathetic, and strengths based. I will always meet you where you are, and we will work together to achieve your goals in your healing journey. I am aware of how the body stores our trauma and can also offer guidance on re-regulating your nervous system through breathwork and other body movement techniques.

Some fun facts about me! I love writing and going on nature walks with my dog. I practice yoga, enjoy reading, and love dancing. I am also a Nigerian American woman who understands how culture can affect us in many ways. I am looking forward to meeting with you!
