If you have out-of-network benefits and would like to be reimbursed for the services you receive, I will happy to provide you with a monthly receipt that may be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
I highly advise all clients interested in out-of-network reimbursement to please contact their insurance provider for more information. To assist, here are some important questions to ask your insurance company:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Is any pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network mental health services in order to be reimbursed?
- If I have out-of-network benefits, will I be reimbursed the full amount I paid or a portion?
- Do I have a deductible and if so, what is it?
- What I need to submit for reimbursement”
Understanding your benefits and applying for reimbursement is your responsibility, but I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this option.
Glasshouse and Thrizer
Glasshouse accepts insurance plans from Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, Curative, and Lyra EAP. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, you now have the option to get a portion of your session costs reimbursed. To simplify this process, Glasshouse has partnered with Thrizer, a platform that automates out-of-network claims. With Thrizer, you only need to pay a copay for your sessions, rather than the full fee upfront, eliminating the hassle of waiting for reimbursements. On average, this allows clients to save up to 70% on session costs. During the intake process, Glasshouse can assist you in verifying your out-of-network benefits and determining your co-insurance amount.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $125 cancellation fee and a no-show rate of $150.
